Runway Aleph 2.0 is the current video-to-video path

Use Aleph 2.0 when you already have footage and need a prompted visual change. Runway lists aleph2 in its developer API and powers Edit Studio with the same model family. It is not a text-to-video model, a universal Gen-3 replacement, or proof of Flowith availability.
