When Credits can be refunded or returned

Credits are generally calculated based on actual completed tasks and model usage.

In some cases, Credits may be reviewed if a task fails or if there appears to be an abnormal deduction.

Credits may be reviewed when:

  1. A generation task failed.
  2. Credits were deducted for an unsuccessful task.
  3. The result was not generated or could not be loaded.
  4. There may have been a system-side or model-side issue.

If a Credit return review is needed, please contact Flowith Support with:

  1. Flowith registered email.
  2. Relevant canvas share link.

Flowith Support will check the task status and usage records before confirming whether Credits can be returned.
