What's the Refund Policy of Flowith

The following refund policy applies to customers who have purchased our services:

  1. Subscription fees are non-refundable.
  2. Refunds are available only if you meet the following conditions:
    • Contact us within 48 hours after payment.
    • You've consumed less than 200 paid credits (or equivalent model usage) throughout your subscription period.

A refund request may be rejected if it does not meet the required conditions.
