The following refund policy applies to customers who have purchased our services:
- Subscription fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds are available only if you meet the following conditions:
- Contact us within 48 hours after payment.
- You've consumed less than 200 paid credits (or equivalent model usage) throughout your subscription period.
A refund request may be rejected if it does not meet the required conditions.
