Is the organization ready to delegate agent spending?
Prepare controls without assuming Cloudflare Wallet payment access. This checklist runs locally and does not create a wallet, verify a handle, sign a payment, move funds, or provide financial or legal approval.

Complete the checks
Select only controls backed by the proposed operating design.
- Verify live Wallet, Virtual Wallet, x402, network, asset, fee, and geography documentation.
- Separate identity, authentication, delegated authority, payment verification, and merchant policy.
- Keep signing material outside prompts, page content, source, and ordinary logs.
- Fail closed when price, destination, settlement, receipt, or authority is ambiguous.
Quick answer
Treat the result as a pre-payment control gate
A hard-stop result means the plan depends on a product capability the announcement does not establish, lets the agent expand its own authority, or mistakes identity for trust. Resolve the design before any payment integration.
A candidate result means ownership, policy, key security, transaction verification, independent approval, and failure testing are represented. It does not prove a product, network, asset, merchant, or organization is eligible.
Start with nonfinancial simulations and provider-supported test environments. Test denial and reconciliation as carefully as successful payment.
Require finance, legal, security, procurement, privacy, and operational owners appropriate to the organization and geography. This tool supplies no investment, tax, custody, or legal advice.
