Gate 1
GovCloud eligibility
Confirm the GovCloud account, US-West Region, model access, service quota, approved workload, data classification, residency, contract, and authorization boundary.
GovCloud cross-modal deployment gate
Describe the GovCloud account and authorization, modalities, input sizes, segment policy, API mode, data flow, keys, logs, index, retrieval targets, and budget. Generate evidence requirements without treating regional availability as compliance proof.
Gate 1
Confirm the GovCloud account, US-West Region, model access, service quota, approved workload, data classification, residency, contract, and authorization boundary.
Gate 2
List text, document, image, video, and audio directions; input size and duration; segment policy; embedding dimensions; relevance labels; and prohibited content.
Gate 3
Choose synchronous or asynchronous processing and map requests, queues, temporary objects, output locations, keys, logs, downstream indexes, exports, retention, and deletion.
Gate 4
Measure quality for every modality pair, latency, throughput, failures, segment coverage, storage, index, transfer, review, and end-to-end retrieval cost.
Approve one synthetic or low-risk pilot set; fix model, dimension, preprocessing, segments, API mode, index, and top-k; test each needed modality direction; trace every temporary and durable artifact; exercise retry, deletion, revocation, incident, and rollback; then compare quality, latency, throughput, and full cost with the existing path.
Account, Region, data, services, controls, and test artifacts are explicitly approved.
One modality, segment path, destination, or retention rule lacks quality or authorization evidence.
Data classification, residency, account access, encryption, contract, or downstream flow is unresolved.
