AI generation
Before generating, record the selected model or mode, input permissions, credit cost, output size, watermark, privacy setting, and plan. Review every output for anatomy, text, logos, unwanted resemblance, stereotypes, similarity, resolution, and channel fit.
Commercial use depends on more than the generated file. Check product terms, model and input rights, trademarks, likeness and publicity rights, and any stock, template, font, or uploaded component.
HDR and enhancement
Use a representative set containing shadows, highlights, skin, foliage, architecture, text, and existing noise. Compare originals and exports for halos, oversaturation, local contrast, color shifts, clipped detail, sharpening artifacts, and file metadata. Do not overwrite the only source file.
Batch processing
Test a small copy of the real file set. Verify supported operations, maximum files and size, formats, naming, folder behavior, metadata, preview, cancellation, partial failure, retry, and credit use. Reconcile every output count; a completed batch does not prove each image is acceptable.

Acceptance record
Keep the original files, a copy of the test batch, feature and plan, settings, credit balance before and after, output names, failures, retries, and reviewer decisions. For AI images, retain input-rights and similarity checks. For stock, templates, and fonts, retain the exact asset and license reference. For client work, record the permitted territory, channel, duration, and modifications.
Reject a workflow that cannot preserve originals, reconcile partial batches, reproduce required settings, or explain which license applies. Repeat the test after major product, model, help-center, license, export, or plan changes. This evidence is more useful than a claim that Fotor is broadly “commercial-ready.”
