The following refund policy applies to customers who have purchased our services:
Subscription fees are non-refundable.
Refunds are available only if you meet the following conditions:
- Contact us within 48 hours after payment.
- You've consumed less than 200 paid credits (or equivalent model usage) throughout your subscription period.
Here are the detailed steps to download your receipt and invoice. Please follow these instructions:
Step 1: Access Subscription Management
- Log in to your account and navigate to our homepage.
- Click on your profile icon at the bottom left, then select "Subscription Management" to enter the "Manage Subscription" page.
- At the bottom of the page, click the blue button labeled <Manage Subscription> to proceed.
Step 2: Select the Order
- On the subscription management page, you will see a list of your orders and payment details.
- Locate the specific order for which you need a receipt or invoice and click on the corresponding date or amount link.
Step 3: Download Your Invoice or Receipt
- On the order details page, you can view information such as the amount, payment date, and payment method.
- At the bottom, you will find two buttons:
- <Download Invoice>: Click to download the formal invoice.
- <Download Receipt>: Click to download the payment receipt.
Choose the option that suits your needs.
What Is Unlimited Mode?
Unlimited Mode is a premium feature included with certain subscription plans. When it's turned on, your use of designated AI models on the canvas won't consume your Credits.
- What it means: Unlimited Mode guarantees continuous access — not a constant processing speed.
- Which models: Only models explicitly marked as "Unlimited Supported" in your plan are included.
Access & Duration
Your unlimited access is tied to your subscription status. As long as your plan is active and includes this feature, you're all set. If your subscription expires, is canceled, or changes to a plan without Unlimited Mode, the access will end immediately.
If your current subscription includes special Unlimited Mode benefits, switching to the new Unlimited Mode plan will immediately terminate your existing benefits, which will be fully superseded by the new ones.
If you've received a special entitlement like "365-Day Unlimited," it remains valid while your subscription is active.
Unlimited, Within Fair Use
"Unlimited" means you can use it as much as you like — but within a fair use framework that keeps the experience stable for everyone. Here's what that looks like in practice:
Queueing Mechanism & Dynamic Rate Limiting
To ensure a fair and stable experience for all users, Unlimited Mode uses a dynamic resource scheduling system:
- Tasks in Unlimited Mode are placed in a dedicated "Unlimited Channel Queue", which has a lower processing priority than the "Standard Queue" (which consumes Credits).
- During periods of high system load or peak traffic, generation speeds and concurrency (the number of nodes running simultaneously) may be adjusted dynamically based on overall platform load.
- If you wish, you can disable Unlimited Mode at any time and switch back to Standard Channel, using Credits to bypass the queue and regain maximum generation speeds instantly.
Concurrency Limits
Unlimited Mode doesn't mean unlimited parallel processing capability. To ensure stable resource allocation and maintain generation speeds for all users within the Unlimited Channel, your account remains subject to the Maximum Concurrency limits defined by your subscription plan. The number of generation nodes running simultaneously must not exceed this cap as well.
Fair Use Guidelines
Flowith is designed to assist human creativity and professional workflows. To keep things working well for everyone, along with our Terms of Service, we strictly prohibit the following behaviors:
- No automation: Please don't use external scripts, automation tools, unauthorized API integrations, or scraping techniques to trigger canvas nodes at scale.
- For your account only: Unlimited Mode is for the individual subscriber. Please don't resell access or share your account with others.
- Abnormal behavior monitoring: The system continuously monitors generation frequency. If non-human operation patterns or abnormal traffic are detected, we may suspend Unlimited Mode access for that account and conduct a manual audit.
Service Modifications
As technology evolves and computational costs shift, Flowith may dynamically adjust the list of supported models, queuing algorithms, and Fair Use standards for Unlimited Mode.
