QwenWork Pricing: Free vs. Plus vs. Pro and Organization Plans

On this page

Quick answer

As checked on August 27, 2026, QwenWork lists Free at $0, Plus at $20 per month, and Pro at $40 per month. Annual prices are shown as $192 for Plus and $384 for Pro. Free is the best evaluation starting point; Plus adds monthly credits, storage, Pages controls, and unlimited parallel tasks; Pro doubles the listed monthly credits and raises storage and Page limits. Organization plans add per-seat credits, administration, model controls, enterprise Skills and connectors, with a dedicated VPC option shown on the official page.

Prices, promotions, credits, and limits are volatile. Confirm the live QwenWork pricing page at checkout and record currency, tax, billing cadence, renewal price, cancellation, refund, and credit-expiration terms.

Choose Free when the goal is evaluation

Free is the sensible first step when you need to confirm account access, interface language, workspace behavior, model availability, output quality, and one bounded workflow. Its current storage, Page, and parallel-task limits are enough to test mechanics, but they do not answer whether the product is suitable for sensitive or recurring work.

Before adding real data, complete the QwenWork International access guide and test identity recovery, workspace ownership, file removal, permission denial, credit visibility, and output deletion.

Choose Plus when the workflow is repeatable

Plus is the first listed paid individual tier. The current page adds 2,000 monthly credits, 10 GB storage, up to 10 published Pages, password protection and database storage for Pages, unlimited parallel tasks, and access to add-on credit packs.

Choose it only after a Free pilot establishes the credits consumed by a usable deliverable. “Unlimited parallel tasks” does not mean unlimited compute or spend: tasks can still consume credits, contend for review, and repeat an error at higher concurrency.

Choose Pro when limits—not governance—are the constraint

Pro currently lists 4,500 monthly credits, 20 GB storage, and up to 50 published Pages. It may fit an individual running more approved workflows, but a larger quota does not add organization membership, centralized controls, or production approval by itself.

Upgrade when measured monthly workload exceeds Plus limits and the additional capacity costs less than add-on credits or manual delay. Do not upgrade merely because a single experimental run used many credits; first remove avoidable retries and oversized scope.

When an organization plan is the real requirement

The official pricing page lists organization capabilities rather than a public flat price. Current items include:

  • 2,000 monthly credits per seat.
  • Up to 50 published Pages and 100 GB cloud storage.
  • Seat management and credit-usage controls in an admin console.
  • Organization-wide model-usage controls.
  • Organization add-on credit packs.
  • Enterprise-grade Skills and connectors.
  • A dedicated VPC deployment option.

Ask for an organization plan when the deciding requirement is membership, asset ownership, centralized model or credit control, enterprise integrations, deployment isolation, procurement, or offboarding—not just more personal credits.

Request written confirmation of price, minimum seats, included support, service lifecycle, regions, data location, subprocessors, logging, export, deletion, incident response, and VPC responsibilities. “Dedicated” does not by itself define the network, identity, data, model, support, or recovery boundary.

Calculate the effective cost per approved outcome

Credits are an input unit, not a business result. For a two-week pilot, record:

  1. Credits granted, purchased, consumed, expired, or refunded.
  2. Tasks started, retried, abandoned, and approved.
  3. Storage used by inputs, intermediate files, and deliverables.
  4. Pages published, reviewed, corrected, and removed.
  5. Human minutes spent scoping, approving, correcting, and monitoring.
  6. External costs for models, connectors, domains, databases, or downstream services.

Then calculate:

effective cost per approved outcome = (subscription + add-ons + external costs + review cost) / approved outcomes

Do not divide only by generated tasks. Fast generation can look inexpensive while correction, rights review, and failed outputs carry most of the cost.

Plan-fit checklist

QuestionWhy it changes the plan decision
How many approved outcomes are needed each month?Converts credits into a workload requirement.
Which model tier is required for each task?Different models can consume credits differently.
How many files and Pages must remain stored?Separates generation volume from retention needs.
Is concurrent execution useful and reviewable?Prevents parallelism from multiplying errors.
Who owns workspace assets when a user leaves?May require organization administration.
Are centralized model, credit, connector, or deployment controls mandatory?Points to an organization plan rather than Pro.

Use the QwenWork agent governance readiness check before a paid or organization pilot.

Frequently asked questions

Is QwenWork Free really free?

The official page currently lists a $0 Free plan. Confirm whether a payment method, region restriction, fair-use rule, credit expiration, or promotion applies when you create the account.

How many monthly credits do Plus and Pro include?

The August 27 pricing page lists 2,000 monthly credits for Plus and 4,500 for Pro. Verify renewal behavior, expiration, model-specific consumption, and add-on pricing before forecasting cost.

Are daily login credits guaranteed?

No. The page labels the 500 signup credits and 200 daily login credits as limited-time offers. Treat them as promotional rather than durable plan capacity.

Does Pro include organization controls?

The individual Pro comparison does not establish the organization admin, seat, and model-control boundary. Use an organization plan when centralized membership, usage, integrations, or deployment is required.

Does dedicated VPC mean QwenWork is private or compliant?

Not by itself. Ask for the precise network, identity, storage, model, logging, support, region, deletion, and shared-responsibility design, then complete the necessary security, privacy, compliance, and procurement reviews.
