Is QwenWork ready for a governed pilot?

Review identity, workspace ownership, data, agent authority, persistence, credits, publication, human approval, and recovery without connecting to QwenWork.

Pilot evidence

Check a gate only when a named owner and current configuration or test evidence support it.

Local result

Complete the evidence review

Eight control gates remain. Start with identity and workspace ownership before enabling data, tools, schedules, or Pages.

A passing checklist is not security, privacy, compliance, procurement, deployment, or publication approval. Start with one non-sensitive, reversible task.

Four governance dimensions

Dimension 1

Identity and ownership

Separate sign-in, Alibaba Cloud linking, workspace membership, asset ownership, administration, recovery, and offboarding.

Dimension 2

Data and action authority

Treat files, Skills, connectors, browser work, desktop operations, and publication as separate scoped permissions.

Dimension 3

Persistence and cost

Bound Awareness, reusable Skills, schedules, credits, storage, parallel tasks, retries, and stop controls.

Dimension 4

Review and recovery

Inspect intermediate work and final deliverables, then test denial, correction, revocation, takedown, export, and rollback.

QwenWork governance questions

No. It runs in your browser and does not sign in, link an Alibaba Cloud account, inspect a workspace, read files, enable a Skill or connector, schedule a task, publish a Page, or consume credits.
No. Authorization only establishes a technical permission boundary. The task still needs an approved purpose, minimum scope, correct destination, review, monitoring, and a revocation or recovery path.
Do not assume so. Verify the exact workspace, file owner, data classification, intended purpose, member role, connector scope, retention rule, and downstream destination.
Only after the one-time workflow passes with fresh inputs, bounded permissions, predictable credit use, an accountable owner, notifications, retry and stop limits, review timing, and tested failure recovery.
No. Page publication still requires source and media rights, factual, privacy, security, accessibility, brand, domain, database, monitoring, and takedown review by accountable owners.
